a lil about me

i'm a software engineer and builder. i like taking things apart until i understand how they work, and if the usual way doesn't really make sense to me i usually end up hacking at it or building my own version.

when i was younger that meant game servers, home data centers, companies, and tools for myself. now it's usually software: infrastructure, apps, ai assistants, or internal tools that make some annoying process easier.

most of the things i build start as private tools for myself, but lately i'm trying to share more of them here.
